Yes, you can cancel your plan at any time from your account. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 2 days of your first payment by emailing support@jetwriter.ai with a brief reason for cancellation. Subscription renewals aren’t eligible for refunds.
Each reply, rewrite or chat answer that Jetwriter writes for you counts as one AI response. The Free plan includes 15 a month, and they reset each month on the day you signed up.
Most people never do. You can keep using the fast models (GPT 6 Luna, Gemini 3 Flash and Claude Haiku 5.5) with no monthly limit, under fair use. Advanced models and Gmail Auto-Drafts come back when your limit resets each month, or right away if you upgrade to a bigger plan from your account. The number on each plan is an estimate, because long chats, file attachments and Auto-Drafts count for more.
No, sharing a single account is against our policy. Each account is for individual use to ensure fair access and security. If you need access for more people, we recommend our team plans, which provide full access for all members of your team.
No. Jetwriter AI is independent and not affiliated with OpenAI. Your plan gives you GPT, Claude and Gemini models inside Jetwriter, not a ChatGPT Plus subscription. Jetwriter AI was called ChatGPT Writer until September 2025.
No. Your data is never used to train AI models and isn’t sold to third parties. It’s protected with industry-standard encryption and security measures.
